Day 1 - Arrival in Bordeaux
-Dinner at a traditional brasserie in the center of Bordeaux (the menu includes 3 courses & beverages).
-Accommodation in double or single room at your 3* hotel in the center of Bordeaux.
Day 2 - Discover Bordeaux
-Enjoy a one-hour walking guided visit of Bordeaux. Discover the city’s old districts and its monuments that show off its history.
-Lunch at a traditional brasserie in the old district of Bordeaux.
Day 3 - Discover Saint Emilion and its vineyards
-Depart to the region of Saint Emilion.
-Visit the medieval village and the surroundings.
-Tasting of a Grand Cru Classé Saint Emilion
Right on the doorstep of the village and located on the amazing clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, Château Villemaurine.
-Lunch at a traditional restaurant in the heart of Saint Emilion or in the middle of the vineyards.
Day 4 - Visit a beautiful chateau and wine tasting
-Depart to Malagar.
-Visit of the Francois Mauriac domain, also known as the Malagar’s estate. This unique spot at the heart of a 15-hectare vineyard will offer breathtaking views of the Garonne valley.
-Visit and tasting at Chateau Latour Martillac.
Named after the tower which stands in the main courtyard, the Château is the remnant of a 12th-century fort built by the ancestors of Montesquieu.
-Lunch in a private room of the Château.
-Afternoon visit of Château de la Brede. Located in the town of Brede, this castle will amaze you with its rich history.
Day 5 - Discover Arcachon Bay
-Depart to the Arcachon bay with your private guide and driver.
-Suggested stop to the Oyster village at Port Larros or visit a Caviar Farm.
-Visit “Winter town”, famous for its stunning architecture and bustling town centre, overlooking seven kilometres of beach.
Arcachon has it all. Each quarter exudes its own unique atmosphere and charm — elegant 19th-century villas in the Winter Town, seafront and piers in the Summer Town, and a lively port in the Autumn Town.
-Transfer by shuttle boat to Cap Ferret. Between ocean and forest, enjoy a stroll along walking and cycling paths or through the surrounding villages. Bathing, sailing, rowing and sea kayaking fans will feel at home!
Day 6 - Chateau Wine Tour
-Departure to the Medoc and its Chateaux classified 1855 with your private guide and driver
-Tasting at Château du Taillan, Grand Cru Bourgeois Haut Médoc.
Situated at the gateway of the Médoc area, Château du Taillan is one of the most attractive vineyards in the Gironde. Here, discover the classical château dating back to the 18th century, along with the unique underground cellars, now listed as a French National Heritage Site of France. With its century-old trees, the park is also home to a rare pink marble altarpiece.
-Visit Château Kirwan, 3rd Grand Cru Classe Margaux 1855. The Château Kirwan is the 3rd great ranked vintage in Margaux. Enjoy the elegance of an exceptional land located on the plateau of Cantenac overlooking the Garonne.
-Enjoy a private visit followed by a wine tasting.
